DENVER, COLO. – (August 6, 2010) –Valley Meat Co. announced Thursday, August 5 a Class I recall of 1 million pounds of beef, potentially contaminated by E. coli, including a line of frozen burgers marketed under a “smashburger” label. This recalled product is in no way related to any Smashburger® restaurants or its products.
